Small host, old name, no pretence

VPSLatch sells KVM virtual servers and takes bitcoin. It launched in 2026. The name is older than that, and the difference matters enough to put on its own page.

What this is

An independent VPS host run by a small team. We lease good hardware, cut it into virtual servers, and sell them for bitcoin. Support is tickets, answered by the same people who configure the machines.

We are not trying to be the cheapest, and we are not trying to be AWS. The niche is narrow and deliberate: people who want a real server with root on it, and who want to pay for it without a card, a processor or an identity check.

The name, in full

There was a VPSLatch before this one. It was a managed cPanel VPS host founded around 2010 by an operator the industry knew as Adam, and it was acquired by HostDime.com, Inc. in May 2011. Customers of that era spoke well of it. That business stopped trading under this name over a decade ago.

We are not that company. We did not buy it, we did not inherit it, and we hold none of its customers, contracts, data or liabilities. If you have a question about the original business, HostDime is the right party to ask, not us.

In between, the domain lapsed. Through 2024 and 2025 an unrelated third party used it to host several hundred pages of auto-generated spam. Those pages are gone and every one of those URLs now returns 410 Gone, which tells search engines to drop them permanently. We deliberately did not redirect them into real pages, because funnelling spam authority into a live site is exactly the trick that made the domain toxic in the first place.

We registered vpslatch.net fresh in August 2026 and started over.

Why buy from someone with no track record

Reasonable question, and the honest answer is: cautiously. Start with one month rather than a year. Keep your own backups, as you should anywhere. Judge us on how we handle the first thing that goes wrong, because something will.

What we can offer instead of history is that everything on this site is checkable. The billing is non-custodial and you can verify the address on-chain. The SLA commits to a number we can actually hit. The features page has a column for what we do not have. The status page reports on real components rather than showing a green tick by default.

Getting hold of us

Tickets in the client area are the fastest route and the only one with a thread attached to your account. For everything else — sales questions, abuse reports, anything about the domain's history — use the contact form or email support@vpslatch.net.

Abuse reports are read by a person and acted on. We would rather hear from you than from your upstream's null-route.
